Privacy Policy — A Day With Anxiety

Last updated 23 June 2026

A Day With Anxiety ("the Game") is a free game published by JacSal Services ("we," "us") and played inside Reddit via Reddit's Developer Platform (Devvit). This policy explains what limited information the Game handles and why. We designed it to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

That's it. The Game does not collect your email, real name, location, contacts, or device identifiers, and it does not use advertising or third-party analytics or trackers.

How we use it

We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing.

Where it is stored

Scores and usernames are stored using the storage provided by Reddit's Developer Platform (Devvit), which runs on Reddit's infrastructure. Because the Game runs inside Reddit, your use is also subject to Reddit's Privacy Policy and User Agreement.

Data retention & your choices

Leaderboard data is kept while the Game is active so rankings persist. To request removal of your username and scores from the leaderboard, email jacob@jacsalservices.com from an account you control, and we will remove them within a reasonable time.

Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13, and use of Reddit is subject to Reddit's own minimum-age requirements.

Changes

We may update this policy; we will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.

A note on wellbeing. A Day With Anxiety is a game, not therapy or medical advice. If you are struggling, please reach out: in the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or text HOME to 741741. Outside the US, find a helpline at findahelpline.com.
