These Terms govern your use of A Day With Anxiety ("the Game"), a free game published by JacSal Services ("we," "us," "our") and played inside Reddit via Reddit's Developer Platform. By playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not play.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for your own non-commercial enjoyment. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Game (in whole or part) at any time.

The Game, including its design, code, text, characters, and artwork, is owned by JacSal Services and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Game without our written permission.
If you choose to record a score, your Reddit username and score may be shown on a public in-game leaderboard. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JacSal Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Game. Because the Game is provided free of charge, our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to USD $0.
We may revise these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
